I just bought the car there and it rattles at high speeds. I took it in yesterday and they tried to sell me tires and an alignment after I already had gone to discount tires and had them balanced. Subaru dealership told me all four LCA bushings needed to be replaced. Your dealership said discount tire didn't balance them correctly. I spent over two hours there yesterday and over four hours there today just for that and it still rattles. Your service place sucks! More

For being a HER certified dealer they sure know how to scam a woman from the get go. I don’t understand how a company pride themselves on customer service and even has a mission statement about being all scam a woman from the get go. I don’t understand how a company pride themselves on customer service and even has a mission statement about being all about their customers but then engage in deception, misrepresentation, dishonesty, disrespect, and so forth. From the sales team to finance to management to the service department. It is an all around game they play and they hope you’re dumb enough to fall for it. And when you try to go to them and work with them, they twist it and somehow make it your fault. I value doing the right thing in life and accepting responsibility for when you’re at fault. I just wish this company lived up to their mission statement and actually cared about their customers. More
