I purchased a car in November of 2023 brand new, it’s a 2024 Toyota Camry, what sealed the deal was the service being included for the first two years or 25,000 miles, when I come for my visits I feel unco 2024 Toyota Camry, what sealed the deal was the service being included for the first two years or 25,000 miles, when I come for my visits I feel uncomfortable being sold things that are supposed to come with the service I already paid for. My last visit I received an alarming text advising me that Toyota found a list of things needing to be repaired and if they are money hungry like this can you imagine what could be done to your vehicle just so they can make money and take advantage of you. I want Toyota to know that when I get my car serviced, I do take it to a mechanic to make sure that the work is done and that no parts are taken from my vehicle. More

Michelle was so awesome , I’ve taken my car to camelback for service a couple of times and she has been the only to explain what was needed and what options I have. She also pointed out I have paint protec for service a couple of times and she has been the only to explain what was needed and what options I have.
