We had a service appointment and usually only wait 1-2 hours at most, this last appointment we waited 6 plus hours for our vehicle. We kept asking when it would be done and never got an ETA. I think there is a lot of miscommunication between staff members. I am pretty upset that there is a recall that was not handled prior to the car being sold.
