I highly recommend Jeremy, the salesman who worked with us. The employees in the finance department however, were manipulative and coercive. We decided we did want to cancel within 24 hours and we are still waiting for them to process our cancellation. I've already had to text and call multiple employees regarding the warranty cancellation. I'm really hoping they will be straightforward. More

Great sales team and vehicles, Sam was a huge help but beyond that this dealership is an absolute mess. I walked in with the exact car I wanted and an approved loan and Sam got to business and we situated beyond that this dealership is an absolute mess. After all papers were signed each day following for the next 6 days included hours and hours of back and forth with this dealership and my bank as the dealership had zero clue on how to proceed with my approved loan and no urgency to help… Great experience with the sales team! Well, found my Toyota dealer - Camelback Toyota and specifically saleman Jeremy Ransom! My wife and I were looking for a specific vehicle and model: Late model RAV4 LXE. We talked to Jeremy before we c specifically saleman Jeremy Ransom! My wife and I were looking for a specific vehicle and model: Late model RAV4 LXE. We talked to Jeremy before we came in and he said, "We have lots of RAVs to choose from." Well, they did!! Most importantly Jeremy LISTENED to what was important to us. Besides that he is geniunely a nice guy! He went through the different RAVs available. Two test drives later we had selected our new (old) RAV! Jeremy landed the spot of being my "car guy" if I need a new Toyota. By the way, Camelback Toyota was a 45 min drive to get to. So convience is not the issue. This dealership has all the moving parts well organized, from sales, business, and service. While buying a car is not quick their team was quite professional, efficient and thorough.
