Great sales team and vehicles, Sam was a huge help but beyond that this dealership is an absolute mess. I walked in with the exact car I wanted and an approved loan and Sam got to business and we situated beyond that this dealership is an absolute mess. I walked in with the exact car I wanted and an approved loan and Sam got to business and we situated everything in his control in 90 minutes but once I had to meet with the sales manager to do the paperwork and close the deal I had to wait well over 3 hours to just then be repetitively pitched different warranty options after repeatedly expressing a hard no. After all papers were signed each day following for the next 6 days included hours and hours of back and forth with this dealership and my bank as the dealership had zero clue on how to proceed with my approved loan and no urgency to help… Great experience with the sales team! Beyond that really unprofessional experience. More
