I asked Adam to please text or email me, not call me when he had the service repair document ready. I explained that I wouldn't be able to get the call due to my work situation. He said okay. Then he called he had the service repair document ready. I explained that I wouldn't be able to get the call due to my work situation. He said okay. Then he called me. He left a message saying that it was Adam and I needed to call him back. By the time I was able to do so, the service center had closed at the end of the day. I was never texted or emailed any documents. I knew nothing about my car after an entire day. The next day, I called and left another message for adam. Then I called the front service desk and found out that he was out for the day. They assigned me to chase. Chase did successfully send me the document and ultimately my oil was changed. I had given Adam a coupon for 15% off one service. He told me I could use it. When I realized that chase had not included it in my bill, I called him back and inquired. He very rudely told me that it would only apply to one of our cars. Even though we've brought several cars to this dealership over the years and used the coupons for all of them, Chase insisted, kind of rudely, that the coupon said only one kind of car could be used for the coupon. So I paid full price for the oil change. Despite the fact that I had a coupon. Honestly, it's some of the worst customer service I've had in a really long time. I've never understood why Toyota Camelback service department feels the need to nickel and dime the xxxx out of their customers. Especially loyal customers who've participated with them for years. It's so obnoxious. I'll never come back there again. More
