The person in the service dept responsible for getting my car detailed did not communicate with me, timely, regarding when my car would be ready. When I arrived to pickup my car he was no where around and an car detailed did not communicate with me, timely, regarding when my car would be ready. When I arrived to pickup my car he was no where around and another toyota staff had to call to let him know there were customers waiting in his office. This is not the customer service that I have experienced at Camelback Toyota in the past. More

I was very disappointed that my truck came back to me with dirt and oil arm marks on the outside of the doors. When I take my other car to jiffy lube they all least clean the windows and I never have it with dirt and oil arm marks on the outside of the doors. When I take my other car to jiffy lube they all least clean the windows and I never have it returned the way I got my new truck back. More
