I was quoted $200 to put on a single car seat cover. Going forward I will be supporting a small business that cares about building great relationships with their customers. Also, to note, the last time I was in I asked for my car to be detailed and it was not done. I was told they ran out of time which was also extremely disappointing. However they did have time to preform the add on services they suggested even when I stressed how badly I needed it detailed. I have taken my car here for years and sadly will not be returning. More

Titus was on top of it and made sure the job was done correctly. He made sure my concerns about previous work and the issues the tech found were brought to the attention of those in charge. I will say that the center as a whole has cut back on customer service perks, like the free muffins & bagels on Saturday mornings as well as only providing a Lyft credit instead of comping the whole ride like they used to. I also think that when a previous mechanic screwed up, that falling back on the ‘out of warranty’ line, doesn’t really suffice. The parts are in a place that only the tech can get to and it was obviously their error. I was in there 3 times after the initial install and this last time was when this tech saw the mess. It is now fixed thanks to Titus and the tech who did the repairs. More
While they have done good work in the past, this last visit was not good. I felt like I had to fight to get a warranty issue fixed.
