I purchased my vehicle at Camelback Toyota in 2006 and have had it serviced there ever since. Now, the wait times of almost 4 hours for relatively simple fixes are terrible. Recently, After waiting three hours, they finally looked at the vehicle and I was told they didn't have the part and I would have to come back -- another almost two hour wait. Your procedures need to be changed or you need to hire more techs. In addition, your 3% credit card"penalty" and then not accepting checks for payment is unacceptable. More

I just had my checkup performed. Scott Barnett did a great job all the way through. The repairs took time but they finished before closing. Camelback Toyota was organized, and quick. When I got there the line was crazy long but I waited MAYBE 20-25 minutes max. I had accepted my fate that i’d be waiting there all day.
