The interest rate should been made clearer and emphasized to me since it is high especially with someone with my credit rating. Otherwise it comes off as being hidden or suppressed. I also discussed some other issues with the newly appointed service director such as the Toyota app, non-recognition of voice requests by me to the robot / screen in the truck and rust in the bottom of the bed of the truck. These issues by and large were blamed on covid-related obstacles which put Toyota behind and which they have not been able to recover from. There is now what appears to be white paint in the bed of my truck where a service tech applied something to remove the rust. It does come out. Excuses and lip service are good however at the end of the day they add up to not very much actual assistance to me.
