Every time I bring in my certified tacoma there is something major that needs repair. I bought the truck here at CBT but feel like they rushed the certification knowing that I would have to bring it i something major that needs repair. It should have been a red flag when the finance manager told me they don't make money selling vehicles they make money having their vehicles serviced. Not happy at all More

The service advisor was not aware that I had free oil changes for 5 years & I ended up having a charge that I was not expecting.
