Cam was great, he’s was very communicative and on top of answering the questions.I am not sure if they were techs or not but quite a few of the employees looked very unprofessional and were missing teeth. One even came up to my vehicle while I was dropping it off and was laughing because I miss understood when they said pull forward. He looked very sloppy and had 1 tooth in the front. Perception is reality and when providing a high quality experience you need high quality employees. That goes down to not only appearance but behavior and aside from Cam that team is very sketchy. I will more likely be going to a different dealer in the future for service in hopes of a better experience. More
I felt the diagnostics were confusing. I came in for an oil change and because I was getting error messages on my camera. The recommended total work was over $1200. Are you serious? One of the results showed my brake reservoir failed. I was concerned that this was a serious issue. But it was later told to me that if it was serious the technician would have mentioned. Just feels like I am being sold a list of things that I really don’t need right now. The car is only 2 years old. More
