Svc rep stayed in contact informed me of all that was going on. Svc tech took care of a few incidentals without charge while tending to the larger matter. Renewed my faith in the dealership. Call center miscommunication caused me to drive 50 miles round trip during morning rush hour for a service appointment that did not happen. I received an apology.
