Abolutely Best Car Buying Experience It is amazing to me that there really is an organization where the owners, managers, business managers and salesmen really listen to what you say, rea It is amazing to me that there really is an organization where the owners, managers, business managers and salesmen really listen to what you say, really get you exactly what you want, really go the extra mile to be sure you, the customer, do not have to worry about or do anything at all (including filling your new car with a full tank of gas) other than write the check to pay for your car. These are the only folks I have dealt with as a customer, in any industry, in the last 10 years who do exactly what they say they will do exactly when they say they will do it and get it all right the first time. What an incredible pleasure! I live out of state but some how that did not create a bit of trouble for anyone even though I'm sure it involved extra work. Joe Esposito let me describe what I wanted and how I would be using my new car then courteously made suggestions that he thought would be beneficial to me. Things I thought I really did not need are the very things I most enjoy about driving my new car. Mr. Esposito coordinated with Michael Rieter to guide the entire process from finding the colors I wanted to sending me pictures of the car when it arrived. And they always called me to keep me updated on the next step before I even began to worry about whether I should call them. Kevin Palmer handled the "business" aspect of the transaction. He, too, went out of his way to answer all my questions, explain the forms and explain how everything would work. As an example, I had a question about the title on my trade-in which I emailed to Kevin Palmer late on a Sunday evening expecting that he would answer me when he got into work the next morning. Within 5 minutes I had a reply email with my answer! And after I received my car, amazingly, I received follow up emails and phone calls asking if I was satisfied, had any questions or if they could help me with anything about my new car. Kudos to the ownership and management for the culture they have created! Every business operation should study their business model. Did I mention that I love my new car? I do. But I loved even more the fact that, indeed, the notion of treating the customer well is still alive. More
Exceptional Customer Service from start to finish! Todd Hayes and Kyle Schutte completely handled my situation. My Subaru Forester was inoperable, I was on a long distance driving trip and home was in Todd Hayes and Kyle Schutte completely handled my situation. My Subaru Forester was inoperable, I was on a long distance driving trip and home was in California. Both Todd and Kyle saw to it that my car was repaired within 5 days ..(engine was still under Warranty) and they had my auto shipped back to me in California with no up front out of pocket costs, with the exception of one night local hotel stay and rental car back in Los Angeles. I've dealt with the service department twice since I bought the car over very minor things that were fixed very quickly under warranty. Great service. Great people. Fast, knowledgeable and friendly. I went to Subaru after owning a Honda for ten years and dealing with Showcase Honda right down the street from this dealership. They are the worst. Never buy from them and definitely NEVER deal with their service department. They are thieves. Go a few doors up the road and buy a Subaru instead. Get a better car, deal with better people and save yourself countless headaches! More

Nygil was personable and knowledgeable from the moment I step on the lot. He told me everything I needed to know, wasn't overbearing or pushy and exceedingly friendly. He was respectful of a woman purchasing on her own and very friendly. He understood my needs/wants and was respectful throughout the entire transaction. I'm not patient and Nygil made things happen quickly. We even went to dinner while the paperwork was finalized and the care detailed and had a wonderful time getting to know him. Overall very happy and love my bug! More

I have not had the best experience here at Camelback, thus never purchased a car here, but wanted to look again. Granted, my husband and I knew that we were not going to be purchasing a car for another month because we had worked out a perfect budget plan. Regardless, we wanted to start our search WITHOUT PRESSURE. We walked in relunctandly. A man greeted us and said that he would grab a salesperson. Fortunately, Lisa was close by and instantly came up and greeted us with such a warm smile and cheerful disposition. Oddly, this man seemed to ignore Lisa even though she was standing right there! Anyway, it was as if a huge weight was lifted from our shoulders when she shook our hands! No rude pushy salesmen! Hooray! Of course, the man up front came back with someone different, but we knew as soon as Lisa approached us, that we wanted to work with her. Word of advice, don't let them push someone on you to work with. We told Lisa everything we wanted in the car and told her upfront that we had checks coming in so that we could pay cash for the car in one to two months and did not want to finance. She again listened to our needs and took her time explaining all of the features and comparing the cars we were interested in. I never once felt like I had to run away like we had experienced here in the past. Instead we felt as though we had just met up with a dear lifelong friend. Lisa has such a sweet and caring disposition. Although we haven't decided 100% between the Tiguan, the Golf or the Golf Sportswagen, we have made up our mind that Camelback has earned our business and we will be returning in one month to visit with our new friend Lisa and pick up our new car! We look forward to seeing her bright smile again and driving home happy! More
