My sales associate Thomas Darby, helped to make my time at the dealership stress-free. He was knowledgable, helpful to answer any questions I had, and got me a really great deal on an amazing vehicle. I moved to Arizona from Washington and needed to find a car the day I drove into town because I had sold my previous vehicle and only had a moving truck to drive. With the added stress of moving I wasn't looking forward to buying a car, but Thomas actually made my time enjoyable, and even hooked me up with a rental car as I waited for my new vehicle to be tinted and have its oil changed. I couldn't have asked for better service, I would suggest going to Camelback Subaru and finding Thomas to help you any day of the week. He absolutely sets the bar for service, I wouldn't choose anyone else. Thank you so much Thomas. More

My salesperson Lisa was warm and knowledgeable and went way out her way to make the process easy and fun. I made up my mind that I was going to shop around before I had come in and only made Camelback the first stop, yet after meeting Lisa, I decided it was the last stop. There are plenty of car dealerships to choose from, but it's rare to find a salesperson who genuinely cares about her client and not just making a buck. Everyone knows how long it takes to buy a car, yet Lisa really made things move along quickly. I've never seen anyone move as fast as her either! Seriously, it was like watching a movie in fast forward! I appreciated her speed though; I hate it when salespeople just act as though your time isn't important. There was never a moment when I didn't feel as though Lisa wasn't doing everything possible to make me feel welcome and valued. It really stood out to me. I guess I appreciated the fact that she took time to get to know me as a person too. Not only that but she really listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. Hearing this petite girl talk horsepower and torque made me too shut up and listen to what she was saying. I was too embarrassed to admit I didn't know too much about it. Don't go in with a macho ego guys...she'll put you in your place! Joe took care of the finance part and he was an outstanding guy. Andrew, her manager was also personable and professional and I felt that he went out of his way to meet my budget. One last thing that was nice is that I was getting hungry as I was waiting for finance part and just as I was thinking this, she whipped out a bag of delicious cookies for me! Nice touch for sure! Poor Service This is a review of Camelback Subaru Service Department. I had no issues from the sales department and bought 2 vehicles from Amy Dudley 6 months apar This is a review of Camelback Subaru Service Department. I had no issues from the sales department and bought 2 vehicles from Amy Dudley 6 months apart. Most if not all manufacturers give you free service for a period of time when you buy a new vehicle. This is so that you gain confidence and trust in the brand and Service Department and will continue to bring your vehicle to them when it is out of warrant and when service is needed and you pay for it (and buy more cars). I have 30+ years in the industry as a technician and a trainer for a manufacturer that is beyond my ability to afford. I will state that, when done properly, you get a better quality of service from the dealership than from private shops because the technicians should have better training and availability to bulletins concerning the specific make. CB Subaru even after repeated conversations asking why my tires were not inflated properly or fluids were not filled still gets it wrong after almost 3 years. Now that I am paying for my services I will be taking my vehicles elsewhere, I cannot trust they will do what is supposed to be done for the money I pay. More

But I remember the very first time when I decided to bring in my vehicle to troubleshoot a transmission issue. This was after being pushed back and forth from other locations, being misinformed about the actual issue at hand. But not to bore you with words, I brought my vehicle at Camelback Subaru to have it inspected for the issue mentioned above and I was very satisfied with the results. I couldn't say that I was happy with my new expenses that I was going to be facing but, it was an honest diagnostic and with that I was able to invest in fixing the issue, knowing what it was instead of playing the guessing games. I have always worked with Kyle Schutte and my experience with him has always been praiseworthy. He's very knowledgeable, he knows and understands my type of car and he's determined to get the work done at customer's expectation and satisfaction. Since then, I always bring in my car to be serviced because I know for a fact that it will get serviced to my expectations and satisfaction. So I thank the whole team for caring for my car and me as a driver, because, my safety in that car when I'm driving it depends on the overall safety of the vehicle itself. More

Tom provided friendly, courteous & knowledgeable information - in helping to assist in our Mazda 3 purchase. From the beginning greeting to the final delivery(he provided the most awesome teaching experience of all of the cars features, including the Mazda Connect Electronic Package). It's a wonderful thing at the end of the evening when your new car is in the garage, your happy with your purchase, you got a good buy on the car AND and you get totally great service! Abolutely Best Car Buying Experience It is amazing to me that there really is an organization where the owners, managers, business managers and salesmen really listen to what you say, rea It is amazing to me that there really is an organization where the owners, managers, business managers and salesmen really listen to what you say, really get you exactly what you want, really go the extra mile to be sure you, the customer, do not have to worry about or do anything at all (including filling your new car with a full tank of gas) other than write the check to pay for your car. These are the only folks I have dealt with as a customer, in any industry, in the last 10 years who do exactly what they say they will do exactly when they say they will do it and get it all right the first time. What an incredible pleasure! I live out of state but some how that did not create a bit of trouble for anyone even though I'm sure it involved extra work. Joe Esposito let me describe what I wanted and how I would be using my new car then courteously made suggestions that he thought would be beneficial to me. Things I thought I really did not need are the very things I most enjoy about driving my new car. Mr. Esposito coordinated with Michael Rieter to guide the entire process from finding the colors I wanted to sending me pictures of the car when it arrived. And they always called me to keep me updated on the next step before I even began to worry about whether I should call them. Kevin Palmer handled the "business" aspect of the transaction. He, too, went out of his way to answer all my questions, explain the forms and explain how everything would work. As an example, I had a question about the title on my trade-in which I emailed to Kevin Palmer late on a Sunday evening expecting that he would answer me when he got into work the next morning. Within 5 minutes I had a reply email with my answer! And after I received my car, amazingly, I received follow up emails and phone calls asking if I was satisfied, had any questions or if they could help me with anything about my new car. Kudos to the ownership and management for the culture they have created! Every business operation should study their business model. Did I mention that I love my new car? I do. But I loved even more the fact that, indeed, the notion of treating the customer well is still alive. More
Exceptional Customer Service from start to finish! Todd Hayes and Kyle Schutte completely handled my situation. My Subaru Forester was inoperable, I was on a long distance driving trip and home was in Todd Hayes and Kyle Schutte completely handled my situation. My Subaru Forester was inoperable, I was on a long distance driving trip and home was in California. Both Todd and Kyle saw to it that my car was repaired within 5 days ..(engine was still under Warranty) and they had my auto shipped back to me in California with no up front out of pocket costs, with the exception of one night local hotel stay and rental car back in Los Angeles.
