Tom Darby was very honest about what i could realistically afford (Very admirable) and instead of pressuring me into something I couldn't or asking me to get a co-signer , he found me a car that was in my price range with no co-signer and preapproved before i stepped a foot in the dealership. He went more than the extra mile to make me feel just as someone who could afford a 60,000 car. He also answered every question that I had and my parents. He made my first time buyer experience go from a negative to a positive. Toms positivity, niceness, and reassurance through this process was like no other. A+++ rating. So parents or first time car buys I recommend Thomas Darby who will provide you with nothing but the best of service. He isn't just selling a car, he's selling Volkswagens as a lifestyle. I've purchased two vehicles from this dealership and would recommend him specifically to any of my friends/colleagues - especially those that are new to the VW brand because he is so knowledgable. He is always willing to take the extra time to make sure that the customer is educated about the car and 110% comfortable with the purchase. The service department at this location is also top notch. They know these cars because they drive them too and they appreciate when a car is someone's 'baby'. I'll never go anywhere else! More
