Trinity Marion is an obnoxious bold faced liar, unbelievable unbelievable "confrontation" when I SCHEDULED an appt to look at a used car they had listed. She LIED to my face telling me she didn't "know" I had an appt yet 2+ hours earlier she sent me an email welcoming me ... giant cluster I had arrived 10-15 minutes AFTER my appointment and she told me to come back 45 minutes later ... um, I contacted them more than 3 hours earlier and scheduled an appt then too ... 3 employee witnesses to her tirade, wow! ANYONE else but her, avoid at all costs This dealership should reduce their liabilities with this one More

Nygel, my salesperson, was very accommodating to me and my time. I was adamant about a certain color and he and the team found it and went to pick it up and I was able to pick it up the next day. Nygil assured me that he was taking care of a customer but that Stephanie would do just fine and she did! Joe Esposito came down which made me feel secure knowing that the man in charge was visible and present. Andrew worked on creating a deal that was doable and realistic for me to budget. Alex Perkins was business savvy and professional by reminding me of how important extended warranty and the Club Program is for single moms.
