This is NOT true, because when we traded in at the beginning the manager did not mention anything about re-appraise, also his complain was "The back door of the car was replaced". This is the way the car is since we bought it, nothing was replaced since we bought the car back in 2015, so this is not something we change from the day he appraised it until the day when the Subaru arrived. I bought many cars from many different brands before. This is my worst experience and as I mentioned in my original post I hate when people especially managers change their word.
