Will not leave you alone I wanted to buy a new Subaru Forester and decided to finance through my bank. The bank provided me a contact at Camelback Subaru and I could not get the sales staff to leave me alone. I would receive calls/text messages/ and e-mails multiple times a week. I expressed that I had a timeline and would be waiting a month until I came in to purchase and during that time no one left me alone. I was pressured to try and come in before the time I was actually comfortable making the purchase. It got to a point where I started blocking the phone numbers. I would then get passed on to another sales rep and they would continue to call until that number was blocked. Prior to blocking them from contacting me I expressed my dissatisfaction and that I would not be purchasing a vehicle from them and to please stop contacting me. I ended up purchasing my vehicle from another Subaru dealership because the people at camelback would not leave me alone. More

Car was sold before I could pick it up. When I called about a used car that was advertised on the Internet, the price before sales tax was increased by around 1700 dollars over the advertise When I called about a used car that was advertised on the Internet, the price before sales tax was increased by around 1700 dollars over the advertised price. There was an additional 1200 dollar cost of work that was performed on the car that was not shown in the advertised price. The documentation fee was about 400 dollars land there was even a 100 dollar fee for driving the car off the lot. My salesman did manage to bring the cost down to close to the advertised price so I agreed to buy the car. I live about 1200 miles from Phoenix, so I booked a flight down to buy the car. Two days before I was to fly down, the salesman called to tell me that another salesman had sold the car. I had been wondering why the car was still being advertised even though I had placed a down payment to have it held for me. I am not able to receive a refund on my plane ticket but I will be able to apply the amount toward another flight in case I want to fly somewhere during the next year. Otherwise, I am out 224 dollars due to this dealership. Needless to say, I am disgusted with this dealership. More

lie to your face We offered a price for a vehicle, they accepted the deal and then kept trying to add phony fees etc instead of just giving us their bottom line. excellent service/dependable, honest first rate auto care em I wrote this review because i generally trust the recommendations i get at this dealership. i purchased my car here as the dealership was closing for I wrote this review because i generally trust the recommendations i get at this dealership. i purchased my car here as the dealership was closing for the evening. after shopping all day test driving different cars and watching the salesmen and how much time they were willing to take to answer my questions and explain the vehicle to me, i knew this mazda dealership was the place for me. incidentally, all the other various car dealerships called me the next day asking me to come back in and talk with them. when it was convenient for them, not me. i closed this deal pretty late that night, not really negotiating price, but asking more about the warranty and the features available on the cx-5 crossover. i never have for one minute regretted this purchase. Who knew I would actually find Iian, your service manager my go to for any thing my car needs. thank you for giving me, the peace of mind in knowing mazda feels they are there to help me, not that i am there to help them. i recommend your cars and your dealership to everyone i meet. i don't think people believe me. i've bought a lot of cars, even drove a benz for many years. mazdas are more fun. can't we all use a little more fun? thank you mazda.
