They fumbled the ball but scored a touchdown My 2003 Subaru Baja needed a new taillight after I had backed into a flatbed trailer. Dalton in the parts department got right on it, set up getting it painted only to find out, whoops, wrong part!. After two trips to the dealer to sort this out, Grant in the Service area offered to stop by my house on his way home from work to install the correct part instead of me having to chance another road trip to the dealer with a busted taillight -- and a possible ticket. New part works and looks great. I'm very pleased with the spirit and service of Camelback Subaru. This place is the best. More

They work hard for you!!!! I have a difficult financial situation and some challenging requirements and difficult demands for purchasing a car. Most dealerships give up quick. This dealership in particular my salesman Carter, worked all day with me, making sure I had the right car at a price my family could afford. The people in finance worked extra hard to get me the deal I needed. I really feel that everyone there worked really hard for me today. My sales guy Carter made sure me and the kids did not have to spend all day walking in the heat and gave them plenty of food and drinks. He listened to me and what I wanted and he spent his time running around the lot and pulling cars up front for me to look at so I didn't have to walk all over with the kids, that's service people. More
