I was so sad about seeing my prior car go, that he was nice enough to take me over to the parking garage for one last photo. How NICE! Michael has wonderful customer service skills and you can truly tell he CARES about what you want personally and takes pride in his job. I am so happy I was lucky enough to land him as my salesman. Buy Anywhere Else I have had multiple terrible experiences with this dealership over the last two years. they've tried to upcharge me for vehicles and offer far less fo I have had multiple terrible experiences with this dealership over the last two years. they've tried to upcharge me for vehicles and offer far less for my trade ins. When I show them other dealers prices they act shocked and come up with excuses. Recently, they lied directly to my face about a deal, and acted like they'd never heard of Subaru's guaranteed trade in program. I had to email them the price for my car and even then they tried to dance around it. I've also had trouble with the service department, including one instance where they did not tighten the lugs on my tire after a rotation and the wheel nearly fell off on the freeway. Bottom line, buy a Subaru from another dealership. More

Highly Recommend Camelback Subaru I recently went to the Camelback Subaru Dealership with my mother to help her purchase an SUV. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and haggle-free I recently went to the Camelback Subaru Dealership with my mother to help her purchase an SUV. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy and haggle-free the process was. I was use to my previous experience (at another dealerships, to remain nameless). Which was an all day affair of going back and forth with negotiations. This was the opposite experience I had at Subaru last month.. They start low and are more transparent with their line items, so it cut the time in half. I would like to especially recognize both Elisha Trujillo (in Sales/Finance) and Grant (in Service Dept) for high-level service . They were both amazing! I am now thinking I will buy my next car there! More

Customer comes first at Camelback VW! I’ve had 4 VW’s now, so you can say that I’m a fan! This is my 2nd lease from Michael Cray at Camelback VW. This guy is cool, down to earth and shoots I’ve had 4 VW’s now, so you can say that I’m a fan! This is my 2nd lease from Michael Cray at Camelback VW. This guy is cool, down to earth and shoots it straight! I’ve been driving a GLI for the last 6 years and was so bummed to learn VW isn’t making them anymore at this time, but then I saw the Passat GT and I can honestly say it was love at first sight. This car is incredible but what made the entire experience even more special was the customer service I received at Camelback VW and from Michael Cray. They did everything in their power to make me happy and have succeeded my expectations by far! I will be back once this lease is up... thanks again, guys! More
