The only slight negative was the first round of pricing/finance options that came back we’re not anything we had discussed (ie I was either going to put down $6K, $8K, $12K and knew I’d qualify for the special interest rate of 0.9%. Instead they came back with $2K, $3K, $4K down with 9.9%. Seemed like a poor sales tactic to make the best round of pricing look even better). Other than that I was pleased with the whole process and did not feel any pressure throughout. More

My old car was totaled so I was buying a car out of necessity but the Camelback Subaru team took the time to make sure I got the best deal possible and would be leaving with a new car that I would enjoy. I ended up leaving with the car of my dreams and feeling welcomed and well taken care of. An example of their friendliness was when Kaden asked if I needed restaurant recommendations and then proceeded to poll most of the staff on their favorite restaurants. I left with my new car and with a 2 page list of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars to try out. Would definitely recommend working with this lovely team of people! More

I applied that evening and NEVER heard back, not from the sales person, the sales manager (Ya Daniel McCoy, you know who you are!). A few days go by still nothing so my son says lets go in, we go back and sit politely in a cubicle waiting for the sales person to do something, anything. No one shows so after 20 minutes we leave. The worst experience a person can have is incompetence and negligent employees! This dealership has both, I can't blame the sales people as they just have to deal with it or move on I guess. Well Peoria Ford got our business and loved our money! Run, don't walk from this dealership. VW should know how bad this place is, after all it is their product that is (or isn't being sold there).
