One of the worst experiences at a car dealership! My wife spoke to Airius McClellen over the phone and via email about purchasing a 2019 Subaru Forester. My wife made it clear to both Van and Airius t My wife spoke to Airius McClellen over the phone and via email about purchasing a 2019 Subaru Forester. My wife made it clear to both Van and Airius that she had a car to trade-in. She was also very clear when she stated that the condition of trade in wasn't the best and she even gave Van the car's VIN number. Van confirmed that he understood that the car we were trading in wasn't in the best condition after he read the Carfax report but said it was no problem. My wife then informed Airius that we were buying the car cash and asked if they would take $25,000 otd for the Forester. Airius told my wife that with the trade-in he would help her work something out to get that exact price ($25,000), but only if we came into the dealer to speak to him. My wife made it clear via email, that we did not want to waste our time coming in if it was going to be more than that price. Airius told her he would have her trade-in evaluated and that he would push for the highest amount for the trade. We visited the dealership on 8/11/19 for our appointment at 4:30 pm. When we arrived Airius was with other customers, so another sales associate took us on a test drive of the Forester he was nice and took the time to explain everything about the Forester. When we returned we had the displeasure of meeting Van Leser. He came to the cubical we were at and show us a price sheet that said the best they could do was $25,900. My wife told him that we had a car tot trade-in and asked what had happened with that? He also told my wife that she hadn't been honest with him about the condition the trade-in was in. This is after the fact that she had given him the vehicle's VIN number and he had seen the car's Carfax report. Essentially he called my wife a lair in front of me and other customers. Van tried to embarrass and shame my wife and act as if she had no honor or dignity. This is not the way you treat a lady or two customers who came in to buy a car. Van and Airius made promises they didn't intend to keep after the fact that they confirmed with us that there would be no issues. When we got up to walk out, Van,--in a condescending tone--asked if we were going to walk away over a couple of hundred dollars? My wife made it clear that it was $1000 dollars, we then left. By the way, we had an appointment with Airius and we never got to meet him because he was wasn't available even though we had an appointment. Prior to this awful experience, your manager Derrek Kroll was berating an elderly couple in the cubical behind us. He spoke in a very disrespectful manner to the couple in front of a sales rep who was working with them. The first thought that came to me was to never send my parents here. We didn't understand what was taking place, but it made for a very uncomfortable situation for us and the other customers that were there and saw what was going on. The sales rep had to excuse himself to the couple and I heard him say that he had never experienced this before and that he was very sorry. It seems as though Camelback Subaru has a lot of people that should not be facing customers. It has people who make false promises just to get people to come in the door. It has people like Van, who has no social etiquette and behave in a manner that leaves a lot to be desired. I will also be sending a copy of this complaint to Subaru Corporate about our experience because what your dealer is doing is tarnishing a good brand with very poor service. More

Dennis showed me the car originally for my first test drive and did great! When I returned the next day Gabe Hale was my sales rep who did an excellent job going over every little detail of how the Subaru Crosstrek works. Van Leser was able to get me a better APR than Desert Schools which made it able for me to afford the car! And thanks for Steven Porter for talking me through the GAP insurance. When I returned to have a bumper protector added on, the manager (Darrek Kroll) went out of his way to come congratulate on my new car. Great team! More

I went into Subaru Camelback feeling defeated after going to four dealerships prior and not getting results. I was welcomed with a courteous greeting by Airius and I was brought over to a desk where I met Tully and I explained to both of them exactly what I was looking for. They truly listened to me and didn't make me feel like I was being unreasonable. They quickly found a Subaru Outback for me to check out and test drive. Both men proved to be knowledgeable of the vehicle and answered all questions I had. They helped me find the perfect vehicle for me with absolutely no friction and the rest of the process was smooth sailing. More

Kaden was very friendly, greeted us at the door and promptly took us to his desk to start filling out some paperwork and talk about what we were looking for today. The test drive was awesome, Kaden was super nice and great to chat with. Very knowledgable and helpful. Steven was wonderful in helping us finance the vehicle. Exceptional customer service I would 100% highly recommend this car dealership to anyone, they did a exceptional job and the customer service it AMAZING. I was helped by Kaden and he was so patient with me, I probably took close to five hours to pick a car just because I'm a very indecisive person and he even waited for me to go get food and come back because I forgot to eat breakfast. Buying a car can be very stressful and they made it as least stressful as they possibly could. A lot of dealerships are very pushy too and they were not at all, everyone was just so kind and genuinely wanted what was best for they're customer even if it meant going to a different dealership if they didn't have something that fit all your needs. I had to go in a week later to sign some paper (my fault I had to go back in, not theirs) and Kaden took my car to get detailed up again while I was there just to be nice. The customer service is just above and beyond wonderful, if you get the chance to goto this dealership do it, and see Kaden while you are there! P.s. check out the finance guys relaxing sand ball thing, it's helps while you sign your life away to a car. More
