Bad experience. Agents are highly inexperienced. We're leasing the vehicle for the first time, and wanted to know how the monthly payment is calculated and how the Agents are highly inexperienced. They kept most information undercovers until the final signatures with the finance consultant who is a Mr. Know-it-all. Twisted our arm to buy the warranty...the usual scare tactics. We showed TrueCar quote and they agreed to match initially, but when were signing the kept the same original amount...overall really bad experience. Go some place else. More
