Extraordinary! I just came in for an oil change and regular maintenance service. However, I've also been thinking of upgrading to a new Subaru for quite some time. John gave me a lot of options in terms of models and pricing, Thinking that I was a difficult client, he worked the numbers with Van and just gave me a couple more of options I could not refuse. The whole team was very patient with me, accommodating and just provided excellent, rather extraordinary service. I am happy with my new Subaru and I highly recommend this car and this dealership to anyone looking to upgrade or buy a car. More power to you guys! More

All of my car buying history at dealerships have been pretty droll and uncomfortable, but this was a completely different situation. Rodrigo was engaging and had a great sense of humor. He was relatable and patient, and so much fun to talk to. He definitely put me at ease right away, and that's what led to such an awesome experience. I was going to go test drive at another dealership after I visited Camelback, and honestly, it was Rodrigo's friendly personality that kept me from doing that. The whole buying process was also very painless- only a couple hours and I was out of there with my beautiful new vehicle! More

I was going to originally get a second opinion on my appraisal but Kory was able to offer me a great deal for my trade in and a new vehicle that I felt that it wasn't worth going to another dealership. Both Airius and Kory are down to earth and no BS type of people and I would be happy to work with them again. Tu was also a knowledgeable person and explained everything regarding the financing and optional warranties and service packages. It's a rare occasion to leave a dealership with a new car and not feel like you got ripped off. If you're in the area, at least give these guys a shot first. More
