I brought my 2017 Subaru BRZ to Camelback Subaru for a service appointment on December 22, 2002 to change the oil and rotate the tires. The technician working on my vehicle gouged three of the four afterm service appointment on December 22, 2002 to change the oil and rotate the tires. I’ve run into an issue with the vehicle registration and licensing, and I’m getting the run-around. Long story short, I’ve been charged the $571 that I’m supposed to be exempt from paying because I’m a disa licensing, and I’m getting the run-around. I came in the dealership knowing what I already wanted. They showed me the inventory and compared other vehicles and options. I decided to go with a vehicle that was in transit. Kaden showed me the options of the vehicle and what to expect when it came in. The vehicle arrived at the dealership when I was told it would. We went over all the options again. Kaden showed me around the dealership, set up my first service appointment and spoke with a delivery specialist about the features on my vehicle. I have another appointment in 2 weeks to make sure I know how to use the options. Maybe I won’t need it but still, they have people to ask any question after the sale. I’ve never purchased a new vehicle where there’s been any follow up let alone appointments to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. More
