I came in the dealership knowing what I already wanted. They showed me the inventory and compared other vehicles and options. I decided to go with a vehicle that was in transit. Kaden showed me around the dealership, set up my first service appointment and spoke with a delivery specialist about the features on my vehicle. I have another appointment in 2 weeks to make sure I know how to use the options. Maybe I won’t need it but still, they have people to ask any question after the sale. I’ve never purchased a new vehicle where there’s been any follow up let alone appointments to make sure you’re happy with your purchase. More
