Liars and thieves They had my car for over 2 months guessing as to what was wrong. Sent me home with it after one month and it had the same issue. Limped it back in a They had my car for over 2 months guessing as to what was wrong. Sent me home with it after one month and it had the same issue. Limped it back in and they took another month to screw around with it. Charged 1200.00 for a transmission wire harness. Said it was fixed. Drove it off the lot and it stalled out in front of the dealership. Almost died as this was cutting across traffic on a left turn. A cop was there and stopped traffic and helped me push it back in. The service department's mouths were wide open apologetic and said oh we will fix this, we are so sorry. I say make sure I'm refunded as you didn't fix anything. Two days later, oh hey sorry. You need a new transmission for 6000. Oh and by the way we won't be refunding the worthless work we already did or crediting it towards the new transmission. As an aside I spent 2,500 on transmission repairs here 6 months ago. This all should have been covered under the prior work warranty. They never refunded it because they are crooks. I had it towed elsewhere and fixed for 300. Never go here. More

Great Experience We looked for weeks for the right car with specific options and finally found it at Camelback VW-Subaru. We live in Southern California and contacted We looked for weeks for the right car with specific options and finally found it at Camelback VW-Subaru. We live in Southern California and contacted Camelback by telephone on Saturday 5/23 and talked to Paul Valentino who was very helpful answering our questions and doing the initial leg work to get the deal going. After several phone calls back and forth discussing financing we decided to use the dealers financing which was a better rate then our credit union. We put a $1000 deposit to hold the car until Sunday 5/24 when we planned to drive to Phoenix to complete the deal. We arrived a few minutes early for our 10am appointment and while sitting in the parking lot another gentleman greeted us. He was very friendly and brought us inside. Within a couple minutes Paul arrived and we took the car for a test drive and then started paperwork. Paul completed his portion of the paperwork pretty quickly and then took us to Tu Le's office to complete the deal. Paul then took the car for gas and detail while we finished up the deal. After some negotiating Tu Le was able to provide an even lower interest rate which we liked. We finished up the deal, asked Paul for some advise on someplace to grab lunch and hit the road for the drive back to California. All in all this was a very pleasant buying experience. More

I've bought over 15 cars in my life and it's always been a long exhausting drained out procedure. But my experience with Joey was amazingly awesome no pressure whatsoever. Rude and Unprofessional I am currently leasing a Jetta and I was called numerous times by Camelback Volkswagon to return my lease early. I spoke to a manager and was promised I am currently leasing a Jetta and I was called numerous times by Camelback Volkswagon to return my lease early. I spoke to a manager and was promised a certain deal for a new lease, so I drove over to Camelback Volkswagen. Let me remind you that this is during the pandemic and I have an autoimmune disease. Being as a I spoke to management over the phone and we verbally agreed over the deal and that the process would be quick and I would not have to go inside, so I decided to go. When I arrived, Thomas and Kyle said they had to run some numbers and when they returned, they were completely different numbers than what was discussed earlier. When I explained to them that I only wanted to pay the amount I was promised earlier their response was, "Why did you even come here?" This is the second time, THEY CALLED ME to return my lease early. Both salesmen were extremely rude and unprofessional towards me. Their tone was negative and they treated me very poorly. I really loved my Jetta, but I do not think I will be getting a new one after this horrible experience. More
