David, we’re sorry to hear you feel this way and apologize for the miscommunication happened when you booked your appointment. As we shared, we do offer a similar program as the Chandler store of 2 oil changes/tire rotations with purchase. Because those are offered/paid for directly through that dealership those services would need to be redeemed at Chandler as that is who is paying for the services and they are not transferrable to another dealership. So while were offered to perform your oil change and tire rotation that your appointment was for they would not have been free. When you booked your appointment our team was unaware that you purchased these services through another dealer or we would have shared this information in advance.
