Truly shocking experience… not in a good way. We were enticed to visit from a deal posted on their website. After we got to taking price about a car that “qualified” the the posted deal, they gave us a p enticed to visit from a deal posted on their website. After we got to taking price about a car that “qualified” the the posted deal, they gave us a price that was *3 times* more expensive per month. This was because they added nearly $8000 dollars in extra dealer fees and add-ons (not tax and doc-fees). They actually tried to assure us that all of these “dealer options” were *standard* for all cars they sell, and would *say* that they don’t play games or mark-up cars. However, that’s exactly what they did - they hid nearly 8000$ in markup as “dealer options”, tried to triple the price on our budget, and then had the audacity to try to tell us it was perfectly normal. On top of all of this, the salesman and manager failed to acknowledge my fiancé, who was there the entire time, but was never spoken to. When we went to leave, both addressed me by name and didn’t so much as look in her direction. We went to surprise Subaru instead and purchased our new car there. More

We just can't put into words how nice it was doing business at Camelback Subaru. If we could mark a hundred stars we would. It was a totally a GREAT experience doing business there. Absolutely no pressure just more than willing to earn our business. I especially want to give a big thank you to Kaden Nguyen what a super nice young man. He knew the product and was very patient with us and really worked hard to gain our business, thank you Kaden. We definitely would recommend him to any one. Another big shout out goes to Kory Groters (sales director) he made the deal happen for us, thank you Kory. Good experience with Kaden Nguyen today. Would have liked a much more market-driven trade-in offer. Process seems efficient, but it still took 4+ hours even though we already knew what we wanted and h liked a much more market-driven trade-in offer. Configured deal online for a specific car. Shared numerous text, emails and even a phone call with the sales manager and salesman. Made it very clear I was only interested in that particular car. Drove an hour round trip to get there and find out they didn’t have it. Apparently the shady car salesman is alive and well in Arizona! More

Paul (sales) was solid in every way...didn't push, lightly nudged...pointed out everything we needed to know to make our decision easier. Shannon (customer satisfaction liason?) was amazing.
