Good experience with Kaden Nguyen today. Would have liked a much more market-driven trade-in offer. Configured deal online for a specific car. Shared numerous text, emails and even a phone call with the sales manager and salesman. Made it very clear I was only interested in that particular car. Drove an hour round trip to get there and find out they didn’t have it. Apparently the shady car salesman is alive and well in Arizona! More
