Poor customer experience! Emailed, texted and called upfront and made an appointment for test drive. When we arrived they were ill prepared for our appointment. Took over 30 minutes before test drive and the 1st car looked like it had just come off a junk yard lot! Clearly had been in an accident. When we did find an acceptable car, they tried to justify charging 3k over fair market price. When we explained we would not pay the exorbitant price, the sales Manager Kory outright lied stating it wouldn't meet a bank loan minimum (we had trade in that offset cost of car)... not first time caught him in a lie. Additionally, the "optional" charges of almost $3k that were not optional at all as they had already been added to the car. Shameful practices. We were ready to buy but due to the sales mgrs arrogance and overpricing we went across the road to another dealership and ended up buying a brand new car. More

Truly shocking experience… not in a good way. We were enticed to visit from a deal posted on their website. After we got to taking price about a car that “qualified” the the posted deal, they gave us a p enticed to visit from a deal posted on their website. After we got to taking price about a car that “qualified” the the posted deal, they gave us a price that was *3 times* more expensive per month. This was because they added nearly $8000 dollars in extra dealer fees and add-ons (not tax and doc-fees). They actually tried to assure us that all of these “dealer options” were *standard* for all cars they sell, and would *say* that they don’t play games or mark-up cars. However, that’s exactly what they did - they hid nearly 8000$ in markup as “dealer options”, tried to triple the price on our budget, and then had the audacity to try to tell us it was perfectly normal. On top of all of this, the salesman and manager failed to acknowledge my fiancé, who was there the entire time, but was never spoken to. When we went to leave, both addressed me by name and didn’t so much as look in her direction. We went to surprise Subaru instead and purchased our new car there. More

He knew the product and was very patient with us and really worked hard to gain our business, thank you Kaden. We definitely would recommend him to any one. Another big shout out goes to Kory Groters (sales director) he made the deal happen for us, thank you Kory.
