I just came in and a girl told me I'd be helped in while she checked me in. A guy came out and briefly said his name and just took photos of the car and said they'll message me with update, that was actuall she checked me in. I got the email and confirmed my services, came back paid and he turned on my car for me. I was annoyed that there was a service date he wanted to change in the back-end and changed the sticker when handing off to me; I thought this was something that should have been done prior to my pickup. I found a razor blade on my driver seat when I walked to my car (which was parked kinda far away) after the oil change and also my service needed alert was t reset. I asked Travis to come do it for me. He s my car (which was parked kinda far away) after the oil change and also my service needed alert was t reset. I asked Travis to come do it for me. He showed me how to reset it but I should t have to as that's part of the oil change service. The whole service took about 2.75 hours which seems like a rather long time. More
