He puts you straight on bullet point and says YES or NO with no specifications. He makes people feel that he is doing a favor by selling the car. I will never recommend anyone going in there and doing any business. I request people not to encourage business man like him because you never know you will be the next one to get humiliated and wasted 3 -4 hours for something which another person is not selling but pretending that doing a favor to you. This is a real incident and i am not just writing for any favors, but want that all human beings should get respect and businessman like him should realize that business always comes with customers. I was stopping in to browse and get and idea of what options my sister may have as she's considering a vehicle purchase but can't decide between new or certified used. We were already apprehensive about going into a car dealership bc of the stereo types everyone things of; being two females made me more nervous. I am so grateful to have been lucky enough to have Nick greet us that day. It was a breath of fresh air to work with him. He showed my sister and I several different cars while explaining benefits to buying new vs used or vice versa. What stood out the most to be is that we walked away that day feeling like we had just spent time chatting it up with a friend. A knowledgable friend!
