Horrible experience horrible customer service My experience would take far to much to explain here. Suffice to say, I overpaid for my car, took a crappy deal because I was essentially held hostag My experience would take far to much to explain here. Suffice to say, I overpaid for my car, took a crappy deal because I was essentially held hostage because they wouldn't let me take my old car or leave until they put a "deal" together. Was so frustrated after almost 8 hours that I took a bad deal just to get out of the building. Because of financing, I had to come back to pick it up a few days later They called and said it was ready and when I got there the following day they couldn't find one of the keys, it took 3 hours to get my paperwork and wait for them to find the key (salesman had taken it home with him) and get me out the door with no celebration, no orientation to the vehicle no handshake or thank you. Was supposed to receive follow-up calls for exterior "zaktek" reapplication and they never called. Got a nail in the tire less than 3 months after purchase that damaged an air pressure sensor - they wouldn't cover it, even though I paid for an extended warranty. If I never do business with this dealership again, it will be too soon. More
