Horrible customer service Had them drive my brand new 2017 Optima home and park it in the driveway while I ensured I had the best insurance coverage possible. From the first not pushy but pro I purchased a 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited edition vehicle on 04/28/2017. I'm beyond pleased and couldn't be happier. From the first not pushy but promising email that Jeff Price sent me, to being assisted on the lot and in the lobby by Andres Lasa to finishing up with Karvin in financing, the time I spent there was pretty much no hassle and effortless. There was no pressure or pushiness. I went in knowing exactly what car I wanted and had already done my background research in regards to the vehicle and my credit. I went in with realistic expectations and I didn't have any issues purchasing the car I wanted. I"m very pleased with the staff and the entire experience. I would recommend and would definitely go back. More
