THE APPRAISER IS A TOTAL JERK I SEEN A USED VEHICLE ON MY COMPANY DISCOUNTS AND I WENT IN TO SEE IT ON SATURDAY 6/3/17 AND THE SALESMAN WAS NICE EXCEPT HE KEPT ON TRYING TO PUSH ME I SEEN A USED VEHICLE ON MY COMPANY DISCOUNTS AND I WENT IN TO SEE IT ON SATURDAY 6/3/17 AND THE SALESMAN WAS NICE EXCEPT HE KEPT ON TRYING TO PUSH ME TO INCREASE ON WHAT I CAN SPEND ON MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS WHEN I SPECIFICALLY SAID I COULDNT GO OVER A CERTAIN AMOUNT AND THEN KEPT ON TRYING TO PUSH ME TO INCREASE MY DOWN PAYMENT AND THEN THE APPRAISER WAS THE BIGGEST JERK EVER HE CALLS MY CAR OLD AND UGLY AND THEN GIVES ME AN OFFER LOWER THAN THE KELLEY BLUE BOOK WHEN BEFORE THAT I HAD GONE TO A DIFFERENT DEALER AND THEY WERE GIVING ME ABOVE KELLEY BLUE BOOK ON MY CAR JUST TO MAKE ME HAPPY YEAH THE APPRAISER MAY HAVE SO MANY YEARS EXPERIENCE IN HIS JOB BUT WAS THE BIGGEST JERK EVER AND ARIELLE THE GIRL IN CHARGE OF INTERNET SALES WAS SO NICE THEY SHOULD HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER AND NOT LIKE THE JERK APPRAISER ARIELLE SHE WAS SO NICE. We haven't had their services yet or anything else, but we loved the experience we had whilst we were there and I can only assume the other visits will be just as enjoyable.*) Having never purchased, leased, or financed a new vehicle- I was completely lost! I researched online and made an appointment. My husband and I came in and were helped immediately by Ben (our salesman). We told him exactly what we came in for and that's exactly what we got and more. He was knowledgeable on the car; told us about all of the features from electronic, to safety, etc. The paperwork was a smooth process- and the waiting wasn't inconvenient. They offered us refreshments or a snack whenever we were waiting for something to process. Kat was also so so sweet and helpful with the financial aspects. Any questions I had she had an answer for me with further details on it. And Jeff, Jeff is very down to earth and straight forward. All in all, everyone at the dealership was friendly and made the experience enjoyable. If I have any questions I can call and they're prompt to answer. We would definitely recommend their services! Customer service 101 Don't Argue with your clients!!! I brought my car in to have an airbag light checked and after a $150 diagnostic fee to just look at it, picked my ca Don't Argue with your clients!!! I brought my car in to have an airbag light checked and after a $150 diagnostic fee to just look at it, picked my car up to find that it's now making a horrible noise in the seat mechanism which is what they said is causing the airbag light. (and which was going to cost me $2,000 to fix mind you)...except that it didn't make that noise until I brought it in. Which means that they took it apart and did not put something back together correctly. The guy actually argued with me stating that it was making that noise when I brought it in, and if it wasn't it must have just by luck started when I dropped it off. Riiight... I own two Kia's, and guess who won't be getting their car serviced there again. It will be worth the extra drive to take it back to my Earnhardt dealership. More
