Came in for first service, did oil change, tire balance, alignment, and rotation. Left and still had vibrations and steering wheel had to be held to the left while going straight. Came back for second visit alignment, and rotation. Left and still had vibrations and steering wheel had to be held to the left while going straight. Came back for second visit and was told it was fixed but everything was still the same. Went to discount tire to try a road force balance and they said the wheel lock was on too tight and were afraid it might brake. Had to go back to your service center for them to loosen it so if it broke they were responsible as they caused the problem in the first place. That’s three trips to Camelback Hyundai for nothing to be fixed. When trying to bring it in the second time I called ahead on a Saturday and they said I could get in that day. Drove up and the service advisor said I’d have to leave my vehicle there over the weekend or bring it back on Monday because he didn’t want to rush them and make sure it was done right. Turns out I just wasted another trip bringing it back as it wasn’t done right anyway. More
