I called and made an appointment for a recall on my vehicle. I asked the caller that I spoke to when making my appointment if there was going to be any type of fee and he said no. . When I dropped off vehicle. I asked the caller that I spoke to when making my appointment if there was going to be any type of fee and he said no. . When I dropped off my vehicle Mikey just asked me what I was in for I did say a recall and that was it he said he'll let me know when the car is ready for pick up. When I went back home I received a text saying if I had any questions or concerns to let him know. I did contact the dealership to make sure that there wasn't going to be any fees because I received a text about the inspection results. And I was told that I would be called back from Mikey because he was with the customer and I never received a call back. When I went to go pick up my vehicle he didn't make any eye contact he didn't tell me what was done. He didn't mention anything at all of the recall so I'm not sure exactly what was done with my car. Not sure why he didn't communicate anything with me but I just don't think that is good customer service at all. More
