Although this may have been an isolated incident, I have had a disappointing experience with the purchase of my truck. My newly purchased truck was in the shop for a week and cost me $5295.00 in repairs. I also feel that I am being ghosted by the staff when inquiring information about a claim for a replacement key under the Club Plus program that I had to purchase. I will be reaching out to you soon.
