Came in only to look and left with a new car, feeling great about it. Knew more about the car and the financing than I did coming in. I also loved the follow-up. great about it. Knew more about the car and the financing than I did coming in. I also loved the follow-up. More

The vehicle I was interested in was still avaible. It had the accessaries I was interested and the price was reasonable. Scott and Kevin worked with me to realize the sale. had the accessaries I was interested and the price was reasonable. Scott and Kevin worked with me to realize the sale. More
Walking into this dealership one can almost hear the phrase 'Let the Games Begin' announced over the speaker system. After receiving an affirmative response to a simple email identifying the vehicle being sought, expected trade-in value and maximum affordable purchase price, I arrived at the dealership expecting to have my trade-in appraised and to discuss the next steps for completing the purchase. Met by the smiling internet salesman, he stated that the desired vehicle had been located at one of their out of state dealerships and that it might take a week or two to arrange for its transfer. Since time was not a factor, I left the dealership expecting that I would be contacted when the truck had been shipped or had arrived. A week later after several fruitless phone and email attempts to receive an update, I returned to the dealership in person. I commented about the lack of communication and questioned if the vehicle was still available. The salesman assured me that transport was being arranged and that it wouldn't be much longer. After leaving with reasonable doubts concerning the sincerity of the salesman and the sales manager's statements, another week passed by without any contact. Most dealerships work hard to earn a fair profit especially in today's hard economic times and customers should agree that they can't expect to get something for free. It is also not a bad thing when two parties agree to disagree concerning a sale or purchase. The manner in which they conduct such negotiations speaks volumes about their respective honesty, sincerity and integrity. By both its actions and in-actions, Camelback Ford left this buyer questioning if the company should be entrusted with my initial purchase and associated routine servicing in the future. Unfortunately, my response to this final question had to be no! More
Michael Kildoo was fantastic. I have purchased 53 cars in the past 20 years. It was simply the quickest and easiest deal I have ever made. My only complaint was the hard sell from finance on an extended warr the past 20 years. It was simply the quickest and easiest deal I have ever made. My only complaint was the hard sell from finance on an extended warranty. I had to say no 4 times.. other than that a great experience. Highly recommended! Michael showed a genuine appreciation for my business. No games, or otherwise. Simple clean transaction. Very very happy. More

This was one of the fastest car buying experiences I have had. I spoke with Michael to make my appointment and he set me up with Nick (Michael was off the day I could come in). Nick was expecting me when I had. I spoke with Michael to make my appointment and he set me up with Nick (Michael was off the day I could come in). Nick was expecting me when I arrived for my appointment and took time to listen to my needs. Within an hour, I had the car I wanted picked out and paperwork started. Everyone was extremely friendly and the dealership felt very comfortable. More

With family and friends as Ford employees, I was really excited to shop for a second car. I visited 5 dealerships for my first Ford last year and was so happy with my sales experience in my home state tha excited to shop for a second car. I visited 5 dealerships for my first Ford last year and was so happy with my sales experience in my home state that I purchased the car that day. This is my new home, so I needed a new car dealer. I was expecting to have the same experience, especially at a Lincoln dealer, but have mixed feelings now. Les was extremely nice and that walked me through several options and a test drive, but like almost any salesman, didn't listen to my needs. I asked for a standard model with a few add-ons (without all the bells and whistles), but was instead put in a nicer model for a test drive. When I commented, we didn't get a chance to stop and compare all packages, as expected, we only looked at thing on the lot. When I asked about pricing on a few vehicles, it took a long time to find out what "deal" they had - and they never even asked me if I wanted to lease or purchase. He worked up a few scenarios to purchase which took almost an hour and was done by his manager in the back corner. I was in the initial stages of the process - not ready to make a decision that day - and I think my salesman halfway understood that. I explained he was better than the other Ford salesman I visited near my N. Scottsdale home, and explained I'll come back when I'm certain. My salesman was very nice and understanding, but when he returned to the counter, he was followed by the sales manager who was very frustrated as to why I didn't want to buy that day and kept pushing to find out how he could make me take any car that day out the door. He made me feel stressed and uncomfortable. I would go back to the dealer for sure, but not if I have the same experience again! More
