The used cars at this dealership are all beat up....cosmetic and paint damage, dirty damaged interior, trash and loose parts, squeaky brakes, a/c not working....and they want more for their used up....cosmetic and paint damage, dirty damaged interior, trash and loose parts, squeaky brakes, a/c not working....and they want more for their used cars than other dealerships with higher quality stock. Plus, the salesmen are disorganized- kept us waiting 10 minutes to find the keys to a vehicle, then when we did not like the vehicle, would not give us our personal vehicle ID info sheet back so we could leave...they kept wasting time trying to haggle with us and hold us hostage. Would never buy a car from here or recommend this place to anyone else. Dealerships like this are why people hate trying to shop for a car. More

We are so excited and blessed by our recent outing to Camelback Ford! We originally took our 2005 Ford in for an oil-change and Zaktek reapplication. We seriously debated wether or not to take it into Ford for service based on past negative experience. The servicing was going to take a few hours so; we decided to look around the car lot to see what was new. In doing so we met a really nice woman standing out in the car lot, who did not even strike us as a saleswoman because she did not come rushing up to us trying to sell us something right away! She answered a few of our questions, and in being so polite and professional found out that she worked there and immediately knew "here we go, we are definitely doing some test driving!" After taking a few test drives, we decided to drive a truck, a dream that we have always wanted to own. After explaining our current loan on the car, we expressed an interest in talking numbers. Nicole took the time to walk with us around the lot to make sure we could see all the trucks they had, to make sure we found just the right one to suite our family. Walking back to the showroom, we thought to ourselves there is no way we are going home in a truck tonight. Little did we know the finance manager worked out some numbers and deals so good we could not pass up such a great opportunity. Needless to say we went home that night in a 2011 F-150, we could not be happier! We are so thankful we had the pleasure to work with someone as real and down to earth as Nicole and all who took the time to offer us a great deal. The final finance paperwork went so smooth thanks to Steve; he made sure to answer all of our questions and got us well on our way! We haven't stopped talking about what a great buying experience this has been! Thanks Camelback Ford, you won our heart again & our wallet, lol =o) We have always trusted Ford (as far as cars/trucks go) but now have put our trust back into this dealership. I have purchased 2 F150s from camelback ford. The first I purchase was a 2011 Harley Davidson F150. I never though in my dreams would I be able to purchase a truck like this, not only did Scott cocuzza give purchase was a 2011 Harley Davidson F150. I never though in my dreams would I be able to purchase a truck like this, not only did Scott cocuzza give me a great deal on the truck, Brent got me the best financial package possible and gave me great money for my trade which was. 2007 mercury montego to get me the payments I needed to be able to afford this beautifull truck but give me great pride in owning my first ford. The second f150 was a 2011 king ranch. I worked with both Scott and Brent again. And at this time gas was getting expensive to put into the Harley Davidson and was breaking my wallet so with great reluctance to get rid of my truck I needed to do the right thing since I had a baby due in a short while I needed to save money wherever I could. I came into camelback ford again and asked if there was anyway to trade my truck in since I had only owned it for a short while. Of course the said yes and I was thinking they were full of it Brent gave me almost exactly what I paid for my Harley Davidson f150 and lowered my intrest rate Scott lowers my payments from 500 a month to to 419. I went forward with the deal and they got me the truck I wanted but I assumed it had a sun roof but it was an option on the king ranch. Even though they did nothing wrong I got a years worth of oil changes and they offered to fill my tank twice. I have never seen such professionalism in any dealership I have ever been too but camelback ford has changed my mind. I love my truck that I have now and since I have had such a great experience here I will tell everyone to go see my friends here and I will always purchase my vehicles from here. Thanks you guys. I can't say enough nice things about her. Jesus has been my service provider when I take my car in for service and I will make similar comments about him -- knowledgeable, friendly, customer-oriented/puts the customer first, keeps me updated on the status of my car and completes the job. He will also thoroughly go over my car and alert me to any issues there might be. Camelback Lincoln is one of the best dealerships I have ever had the privilege to deal with. They are very customer-service oriented in all of their actions. I HIGHLY recommend them and would not go anywhere else. More
