After purchase, we stopped by at the service department to go over some parts in a box that we wanted identified and their purpose explained. We also had some questions about spare tire operation, nitrogen filled tires, and so forth. We brought a list and the parts manager, Kevin, and the Customer Relations person, Jill, went out of their way to make sure we got our questions answered.
