I was most impressed with the finance department. My finance manager, Thomas Coggins was excellent. He was friendly and more importantly valued my time as a customer. I literally was done signing for my new car in about 20 minutes. He was organized and efficient at his job. If you want excellent service and to be valued as a customer Camelback Ford is the place to go. More

Worst Overall Experience When I bought my F-150 a year ago, the experience was not bad. Not great, but not bad. I had two issues with my tuck so I thought that I would bring i When I bought my F-150 a year ago, the experience was not bad. Not great, but not bad. I had two issues with my tuck so I thought that I would bring it back to them, even though I live closer to two other Ford dealers. I was promised a call back 6 different times and every time I did not get a call back. This includes from the general manager. They told me that one of the items was not covered under warranty and the other part was ordered. I call back again 2 weeks later and find out that the part was never ordered. As I spoke with the manager of the service department, he told me that I could inconvenience myself and bring my truck back in so they could test the part that they did not test the first time I brought the truck in. He then told me that I should have gone to another dealership. The service manager told me that I would not have had this issue if I went to another dealership. So that is exactly what I am going to do. I will be buying my next 2 Fords from another Dealership, that is if I go back to Ford. After this experience and my experience and the dealerships close to me, I think I am going to find another automaker. More

The Worst The worst. Purchase of a 2014 Ford Transit for our business. Spend two days emailing sales woman, agreed to a price, credit application approved, loan The worst. Purchase of a 2014 Ford Transit for our business. Spend two days emailing sales woman, agreed to a price, credit application approved, loan terms agreed upon, etc., etc. Told them I would be there at 3pm on Saturday. When I showed up, tried to get me to sign some docs before even seeing the car. I asked to see the car and she then went to bring it up to the front. Literally, the car was a mess, dirt everywhere, ripped stickers on the Windows, garbage all in the inside, pieces of the interior in the back area and the beauty of it all, the front windshield had a crack (not a chip) literally 3 feet long. I was in shock, thought I was on a hidden video show. Manager is a beauty too, these guys will say anything to cover themselves"my man can take care of it for ya" "we are getting the oil changed on it now" huh? The worst-look at at other ratings, you can't make this stuff up people...how hard is it to just do things right? More
