I confirmed twice it would be ready for me to test drive before I drove all the way out there. When I got there I was treated horribly and eventually told they "Lost" the car. Later the GM Herb emailed me and said he wanted to work with me and would give me better numbers than I had been offered the first time I was there. He gave me the exact same offer! Then he made it better by $1,000 and to my face it was "thousands better". It seems most of the staff here will believe their own lies to convince themselves they're right, when in reality they don't care about their customers and will not get you the best deal. More

Run, don't walk, run!! Charges for things they don't install I recommend staying clear of this dealer. Salesman (Robert Kirkwood and Preston) and finance person were nice, but person they bring in to try and neg I recommend staying clear of this dealer. You can tell she hates her job and honestly who wouldn't. Ok, moving on they force fees on you for window tinting, wheel locks, door edge guards, and some auto carwash/wax every 6 months for 3 years. Window tint is the cheap useless window tint unless your goal is for privacy and you don't care about keeping the heat out. Picked up car and door edge guards were not even on the car and same for the non-existint wheel locks. We were purchasing car and traveling around 2 hours to buy it. Made 3 trips up in 3 days. Left with the car on 10/9/2017 and couldn't even believe they didn't even fill the gas tank. Range shown was 30 miles so basically empty. So a car driving on fumes, edge guards missing, and wheel locks missing. All 3 of these are a first out of the 16 vehicles I have bought over the last 20 years. Also the first used vehicle I have ever purchased from a dealer where if they only have 1-key for the vehicle they don't voluntarily order a 2nd key without being asked. As expected Camelback didn't offer (found out when we were ready to leave and they handed me 1-key) and when asked the answer was no. Warranty they tried selling on the used car was about another $100 per month (INSANE WASN'T BORN YESTERDAY). If you are looking for honesty, go someplace else. If you are looking to be treated fairly and like a human being go someplace else. If you have values go someplace else. If you have a trade i highly recommend going someplace else or sell to Carmax as Camelback Ford/Lincoln guy (self proclaimed research god of car values) comes up with trade value. Values are way below any offer you can get at any other dealer. Guy was very arrogant. I have worked with Camelback Toyota twice before and they were awesome so I guess they must be owned by different people. If the same people do own both they need to have Toyota do some training for this dealership. So right now I have the vehicle with an incomplete contract as they still need to install door edge film we paid for, wheel locks we paid for, and any typical dealership provides a full tank of gas and also a 2nd key. More

Stay Far Away Service department doesn't get much right. They have difficulty doing oil changes properly. On multiple occasions I've asked them to fish missing part Service department doesn't get much right. They have difficulty doing oil changes properly. On multiple occasions I've asked them to fish missing parts of my car from their car wash. When I asked them if they can replace the trim pieces at my expense, they instead superglued the trim pieces back on. Oil change light comes on within a few hundred miles of having oil changes done here. I've had an experience where my engine cover was left on my passenger seat. When I asked for a tech to put the cover back on the engine, I was told that I could do it myself because it just snaps back on. I had to pay for my leather to be conditioned immediately after that, and at my expense. Reported noise issues on my vehicle. Vehicle remained un-diagnosed for 16 days. When I asked why the diagnosis was taking so long, my service adviser told me that they've had cars there for over a month, and that this was normal. Mind you, I was paying for a rental car out-of-pocket for each and every day they had my vehicle. On day 16 I got a call to pick my car up, and that everything was fine. I had to ask them to look at my vehicle again twice for them to come back and tell me that the rear half of my vehicle was falling apart due to control arms cutting through the sub-frame of my vehicle. This after I just had front control arms done a few weeks prior at the same dealership, as well as new shocks and struts also a few weeks prior, and new axles a few months prior. After trading in my vehicle with them for another car, I had an issue with my transmission not working properly within the first day I had the car. Upon bringing the car back, I became the center of an argument between my salesman and his manager for bringing the car in on a Saturday when they were busy. The best part is that I had to take the car to another dealership to have it properly diagnosed, since they failed to catch the problems again. Also, there was damage to the vehicle that may or may not have been buffed out immediately before being shown to me. Upon picking up my vehicle from service for my transmission to be fixed, I noticed two feet of missing paint from the front bumper. Wayne, service manager at Camelback Ford Lincoln, told me to bring the car in on the following Monday and that he would have his collision center repair the damage free of charge. After dropping the vehicle off on Monday, I get a call from Wayne telling me he would not be sending my vehicle to the collision center, and that I would have to come pick it back up. To repair the vehicle properly, I must pay $1,450 to replace the bumper, grille, and grille insert. Nothing but a crack in the paint was noted in the pre-delivery inspection paperwork. Worse quality service than a Meineke or Midas, and for a much steeper price. Stay away. More

He said the people who sold that policy misrepresented it, but the (supposed) new owners will not honor what I was told. As a result, 30,000 maintenance cost $600. Don't buy there. More
