We had our two children with us and Marcos was amazing at keeping them occupied while we worked with finance. He never made us feel pressured to buy a vehicle and really seemed to care about what was right for our family. If you go to Camelback Ford Lincoln, ask for Marcos. First Oil Change I recently took my truck in for the first oil change and was scheduled with Charlie Shepherd. He was wonderful! The service area was very busy but h I recently took my truck in for the first oil change and was scheduled with Charlie Shepherd. He was wonderful! The service area was very busy but he acted like I was the only customer there. He asked questions so that he was able to provide the best service for me, and recommended services that I would need in the future. When I told him that it was difficult to get the truck in due to my work schedule he let me know that I could bring it in after work and receive a loaner to get to work. During this service period he checked in several times to make sure I was doing ok and to let me know how the service was progressing. Overall, it was a very good experience. I will definitely be coming back for my service needs and would absolutely recommend this to my friends. More

His name is Ruben, if you ever have the pleasure of dealing with this guy. I reached out to Herb, who supposedly runs the dealership. He had an attitude with me the minute I called. He asked me what I wanted him to do about it. Wow! I'd love to know how this place makes any money. Take your business anywhere but Camelback Ford. More

First timer Although I am in town only temporarily, I needed to have a warning light checked by a dealer. Camelback was very helpful , investigated the issue and Although I am in town only temporarily, I needed to have a warning light checked by a dealer. Camelback was very helpful , investigated the issue and eventually waived the normal diagnosis fee because they could not find any issue and the warming had not been kept by the vehicle computers. Calling they're service a joke would be a compliment!! Pulled in into service and was not greeted at all, after waiting, I walked in & was ask Imediately, " Do you have an appointment" . Sleazy tactics and will treat you poorly After I had already been to Camelback Ford Lincoln, I decided to go back to drive a car a second time with plans to buy it. I confirmed twice it would After I had already been to Camelback Ford Lincoln, I decided to go back to drive a car a second time with plans to buy it. I confirmed twice it would be ready for me to test drive before I drove all the way out there. When I got there I was treated horribly and eventually told they "Lost" the car. Later the GM Herb emailed me and said he wanted to work with me and would give me better numbers than I had been offered the first time I was there. He gave me the exact same offer! Then he made it better by $1,000 and to my face it was "thousands better". It seems most of the staff here will believe their own lies to convince themselves they're right, when in reality they don't care about their customers and will not get you the best deal. More
