I picked out several car choices online first, submitted online paperwork indicating my interest in test driving the vehicles, and was set up for an appointment with Rudi shortly after. When I arrived, one of the vehicles was already set up in front for my test drive. Rudi didn't try to sell me on any other vehicles and listened to what I was looking for. I never felt he was putting pressure on me, and he seemed genuinely interested in helping me find a vehicle I would be happy with. The dealership (Tony) gave me a nice trade in for my older car, there three posted online discounts with an additional 'bonus' for submitting my interest form online (in my case, it was a little more money for my trade-in). I came in knowing the car features I wanted as well as financing terms and had my IPAD handy so I could refer to particulars posted about the vehicles online. There was some time spent working on the negotiations after I test drove three vehicles, but I expected this and believe we eventually came to a fair agreement. This is the second time I picked out my car online in advance of coming to a dealer, and I'm convinced this is the way to go. It gives both parties concrete expectations. Financing (Joe) spent a lot of time with me during the signing portion, ensuring I understood all of the documents and options for additional service offers (I decided to add GAP insurance and a lengthier warranty). It's been a while since I purchased a car, and I knew there would be some time between driving in my old vehicle and leaving with a new one, but I'd set aside enough time to do it right. All of the staff were polite and took the time to explain everything - including Rudi, who took me through the features of my new car when everything was finished. I would recommend this dealership (and Rudi) to my friends. More

They offered us a great deal before we looked at other vehicles in the area and they even let us take the car for the evening. Even though the deal they originally gave us was good we were ready to go home empty handed because it wasnt quite what we wanted. Terry and Eric looked at the numbers once more and worked out a deal that we couldn't refuse. They really wanted to make a sale but I could tell that it was more important we were going home happy! Instead of pushing me to buy from their inventory, they pulled some stings and brought my new truck to their dealership. Sabeur in finance was very professional and informative. In the end, we ended up with a new vehicle and think it was probably a better choice. I did like that the vehicles were brought to the door and there was no waiting in the hot sun. More
