Customer service at its best I am living California. Initially i was skeptical about buying vehicle remotely as communications with previous remote dealer always seem a bit off un I am living California. I only sent a short message through the website and Eric kind of read through me, and sent me the walk through video of truck that exactly matches my request within hours, this is best internet car shop experience I have so far. Pricing wise, Eric offer the pricing and financing deal that meet my expectation and I don't think any dealers in CA can beat that pricing. I further discovered some quality issue when the truck was delivered. With Eric's professional pre-delivery walk through video, I am able to got all issues covered which I initially thought would be hard to prove that issue was there before delivery. I definitely will come back for my next truck purchase, and highly recommended to buy any ford/licoln vehicle there that CA dealer charge premium on. And CA residents should be able to get the best pricing on other ford vehicle there as well if you don't mind buying out of state. More
