I knew which vehicle I wanted, and it was just a mat I purchased a vehicle here a few days ago. I worked with Eric Steffes, mostly via text message. He seemed genuinely concerned about his customer's satisfaction. There was no "hard sale" in the finance office. The Finance Manager presented the options, and let me decide. I did not feel any pressure to purchase anything. Further, there was no "playing with the numbers." What I had agreed upon, was exactly what was presented to me on the documents in Finance Office.
