I would like to share my complaint to the public about Camelback Ford and Lincoln. This complaint shows how Camelback Ford and Lincoln (1330 e. Camelback rd , Phoenix , Arizona 85014) mislead me with p Camelback Ford and Lincoln. This complaint shows how Camelback Ford and Lincoln (1330 e. Camelback rd , Phoenix , Arizona 85014) mislead me with purchasing 2020 Lincoln Navigator VIN : 5LMJJ3KT7LEL07417 certified preowned vehicle purchased on 05/31/2022. I found a good deal - a used car with 57000 miles on the odometer and the dealer assured me that car CPO (certified preowned and everything covered until 100000 miles no matter of use ( commercial, limo service -all covered – I specifically asked that question, because I was purchasing that car for my car transportation service ). On top of this they sold me an extended warranty for $2600 they call it HPP , that will cover again everything after 100000 miles. I thought it’s safe to purchase that car – I was wrong to trust their promises. Around 97000 miles I noticed that the car transmission started slipping several times per day and I brought the car to Future Ford of Concord, Diamond Boulevard, Concord, CA on 05/01/23 . When my car spent 30 days at Future Ford of Concord and transmission has been disassembled – I find out that CPO (certified preowned warranty and HPP extended warranty) declined coverage for my car, because it’s being used as a limo fleet car. Both Lincoln dealerships knew it’s a fleet car with commercial registration and I confirmed multiple times about warranty coverage before I purchased that vehicle and the “”useless extended warranty “” and later on extended warranty repairs. And also 49 days later of down time for a fleet car!!! I also didn’t forget the many phone calls and huge amount of stress these issues caused. On top of this I paid $2600 to Camelback Ford and Lincoln for the useless extended warranty and overpaid for that car because of CPO (certified preowned). I tried to call Camelback Ford and Lincoln to get my $2600 that I paid for this non-existent extended warranty and have been redirected directly to extended warranty company that told me that they can pro-rate me and refund $1000 of not existent coverage since day one…what a joke. I tried to get back to Camelback Ford and Lincoln and ask if they could refund me the difference or I will have to complain to the state of Arizona . One of the managers at the finance department advised me to go ahead and complain to the state, he didn’t mind… Looks like they are used to this type of situations with their clients. The dealership that sold me the non existent coverage and charged me full price for it should return the money back to me as soon as possible. By doing this – they misrepresent Lincoln brand name and make loyal clients like me look elsewhere for alternative fleet vehicles. This is my story. I brought my Mustang in twice because the air conditioning didn't work. I was charged twice, but it was never repaired. I had to take it to a small shop that repaired it in one visit. I was charged a lot twice by Camelback Ford for nothing. Also, I had the brake lights replaced. The repairman never even put the panels back together after replacing the bulbs. I had it serviced, too, and they never put a mileage sticker in the window. I wonder if it was really serviced. But I sure was charged. More

Service department is worse than awful. I made an appointment 3 weeks in advance. Brought my vehicle in and Justin the service writer says we will not look at your car for another 7 days . I said but wait I made an appointment 3 weeks ago..His reply to that was no your appointment is only to see me. I was Furious. Needless to say I did not leave my car. Called the service manager and of course he neglected to call me back. I have dealt with many new car dealers and have never been treated this way I don't understand what their problem is at this dealership. More
