He met me and right away was attentive (but not pushy) to my needs. He communicated with me for weeks before I actually went down to purchase and did so in a straightforward way. No games. When it came time for the actual purchase, he made my experience fun and got me what I wanted both vehiclewise and pricewise! He has followed through and continued to offer his help in the event I have any questions. Top-notch customer service. I also was impressed how well he worked with other CBF salesmen. Went to buy a car from here. Signed paperwork for a car they were going to have to do a dealer trade on. Was treated so bad. Kept having to go back to the dealership to get answers cause Henry would make p they were going to have to do a dealer trade on. Was treated so bad. Last night came in to get my car that i traded in to sit there from 5 to 830 to find out they couldnt get my trade. Talked to a floor manager that was so rude that didnt even want to help me out. What a terrible way to do business. Thank God for Art in finance that worked out for the salesman to come to my house today to drop of my trade. Sad thing is that Henry couldnt even give me enough respect to come and apologize to me. Just got a lot of dirty looks from him. I have bought 3 cars from this dealership[ too . Crazy how things can change from a awesome dealership to a crappy one. Update the salesman that was suppose to bring me my car to me said the dealer lost my keys. That is a bunch of nonsense. Cant believe the way I have been treated by this dealership. Like what did I do wrong to them. What happned to good customer service. Wish I remembered that floor managers name he totally did not want to listen to me and he never got anyone to get my car that night. I will never understand this kind of dealing with people.
