Always perform an in depth search I was interested in buying one of the used vehicles listed for sale. I ran the VIN and saw several photos of the vehicle from other dealership cache l I was interested in buying one of the used vehicles listed for sale. I ran the VIN and saw several photos of the vehicle from other dealership cache listings from the past few years, as well as the photos from when the dealership took the vehicle in on trade before it had gone through reconditioning. All photos showed the vehicle with tint already on the windows. Going through TrueCar, I was provided with a price breakdown which included a $499 charge for window tinting. I submitted a question asking why there is a charge to tint the windows when the windows already had tint. This was the response: "The $499 charge includes the life time warranty on the tint, which protects you from fading, bubbling or peeling. This is not a mandatory option, it may be deleted if you are not interested in it." For some reason this seems to be a very common practice with large local dealerships. To charge for a service that will not be performed, because the service was already performed several years ago. I’m not sure why this considered an acceptable business practice, and not considered being purposely deceitful to consumers. If I had gone through with purchase of the vehicle, I'm 100% convinced that I would have been charged for a service that had already been performed years ago. It only makes me wonder what other deceitful practices this dealership engages in to try and defraud consumers. As a first time buyer, the process of purchasing a vehicle was scary. I had a lot of anxiety as car salesmen are know to be dishonest and pushy. I looked at a couple other lots and felt very pressured vehicle was scary. I had a lot of anxiety as car salesmen are know to be dishonest and pushy. I looked at a couple other lots and felt very pressured to make an immediate decision. But when I came to Camelback Ford, I had the pleasure of working with Eric Steffes. He was extremely helpful and made sure I was getting something I could afford, but that would also be a good fit for me. After communicating with him for a couple days,I drove off the lot with a ‘16 Chevy Malibu and was very excited! My experience here was great and I will return here in the years to come. I will also recommend Eric to any of my family/friends who are looking to find a vehicle. More

Let me just say that I hate car shopping after a disaster we had at another dealership. Walked into ford Lincoln of camelback and Mr. Brandon Joseph Morin Was the utmost decent human being at a dealership si we had at another dealership. Walked into ford Lincoln of camelback and Mr. Brandon Joseph Morin Was the utmost decent human being at a dealership since my grandpa owned his own 20 years ago. He made our transition from start to finish so peaceful and stress free. Not only is he a veteran but he really has respect for his customers. Here we are two weeks later and still makes sure we are happy. Thank you so much and hopefully when we’re ready for another car he’ll be around for us!!!! More
